PAINT ARRESTANCE MEDIA

  
This is made of glass fibre fleece and is used effectively to arrest the paint mist in a spary booth. They are also called as Floor Filters as they are used on the floor of the small paint booths. They are available in rolls and cut sizes.

CEILING FILTER MEDIA

  
This is made of polyester synthetic media and is a graded density media. The air leaving side is provided with a scrim which prevents the dust from migrating. It is also impregnated with a special adhesive which effectively holds the dust. This is extensively used in the ceiling of the paint shop. They are available in rolls and cut pieces.

MIST REMOVAL GLASS FIBRE PADS

  
Glass Fibre pads coated with a special adhesive. These pads are mainly used as pre-filters pads in Gas Turbine Inlet mainly to remove the moisture from the intake air.

RETICULATED PU FOAM

 
Reticulated PU Foam is available in Polyether and Polyester base. They are available in PPI ranging from 10 to 110. It is mainly available in sheets or as cut pieces. Sheets are available in 1 x 2 mts. size. Reticulated PU Foam finds applications in air filtration, as sound absorbers, as precursors for ceramic foam filter manufacturing and a wide variety of applications. It is a very versatile material and can be shaped into a variety of configuration.

HEPA FILTER MEDIA

 
They are available in Rolls of F9, H11, H13 and H14 Grades. The general widths are 560 and 604 mm.

POCKET FILTER MEDIA

 
Pocket Filter media is available in F5 to F9 Efficiency grades. Pocket Filters are also available as per your required specification and grades.

ACTIVATED CARBON MEDIA

  
Activated carbon impregnated into synthetic or foam media are available. They are mainly used to removal obnoxious fumes and odours from the air stream. We also supply complete activated carbon filter where the media is assembled in a suitable frame.

ANTI DUST COATING

  
A clear aqueous solution for application to most factory finished paint spray booth walls. Collects and holds dust and protects against paint over spray. Apply by roller, brush or spray. Wash out equipment with water. Wash down with water & a pressure-washer or sponge every 2-4 weeks, or sooner when heavily contaminated with dust or overspray or when regularly used at higher temperatures. A fresh coat can be applied. Water-based not for use on surfaces that are liable to rust such as galvanised metal.

COVERAGE : 8-10 M²/ Lt.- ( 0.02-0.04 mm thick after water has evaporated away).

 *Do not use on top of uncured paint such as household paint.
